JOB TITLE: Court of Protection Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: NQ-3

This dynamic role will see you covering a varied range of Court of Protection work. The caseload is likely to included, assisting injured parties, elderly clients and those with special needs to manage their property & affairs where a deputy order is in place. The team also deals with Court panel referrals, personal injury compensation trusts and professional attorneyships. You will be expected to draft applications to the Court of Protection, assist with the purchase and adaption of properties, carry out bank account and budgeting reviews, attend meetings with clients, liaise with the Court and the Office of the Public Guardian, prepare annual reports, complete billing and file management.
In order to be successful for this position you will need to be a driven individual able to rise to challenging situations whilst handling matters with empathy ensuring that the clients needs are handled with the upmost of care. You will either be a recently qualified solicitor who has trained within another leading practice or have up to 3 years PQE in handling Court of Protection matters.
