An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Court of Protection Solicitor who has a genuine interest in this area of law.  You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include, deputyship applications, on-going deputyship administration, and ancillary applications such as trustee orders, interim orders, and statutory Will applications.



Applications are sought from Court of Protection Solicitors with a minimum of 2+ years PQE and have extensive experience of Court of Protection work. You will also be required to have sensitive and patient inter-personal and communication skills. Joining a friendly and supportive team, you will also be a keen business developer for the department.
