JOB TITLE: Court of Protection Paralegal
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: 1+ year

This Court of Protection paralegal vacancy is an excellent opportunity for paralegals who are interested in specialising in this interesting and challenging area of law. You will be assisting solicitors and fee earners on files relating to deputyship applications, wills, and health and welfare issues as well as contentious work for example representing both claimant and defendant clients in Court of Protection hearings. Your role will include plenty of client contact and your duties will involve drafting legal documents, preparing property searches and undertaking legal research.
We are interested in speaking with paralegals with experience of working in a private client department and knowledge of Court of Protection law. Candidates must be technically astute with a sound work ethic and must share the firm’s desire to really go the extra mile to ensure that clients’ issues are resolved as smoothly and effectively as possible. The compassion and communication skills that the nature of Court of Protection work calls for are also a must.
