JOB TITLE:                  Court of Protection Legal Executive                  

PQE REQUIRED:         4+

LOCATION:                  Kent

SALARY:                      £Competitive

THE ROLE:

This dynamic national firm are looking to appoint a Court of Protection Legal Executive to work alongside the Private Client department and handle a wide caseload of matters under partner supervision on behalf of vulnerable people, their carers and their families. This will include:

  • Personal Injury Trusts
  • Asset Protection Service
  • General advice work
  • Trust administration

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate will be an experienced Legal Executive who has had a minimum of 4 years’ Court of Protection experience gained from a reputable London or Regional firm. This role would also suit a Senior Paralegal with the right experience and skillset for the role.  You will have excellent client care skills, interpersonal skills and a genuinely empathetic nature, allowing you to interact with people of all walks of life. You should be confident handling your own large caseload and be experienced in CoP, LPAs and general private client work. You will have a good eye for detail, be an effective time manager and work well to set deadlines.
