JOB TITLE: Corporate Technology Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 3-5+
SALARY: Highly Competitive + Bonuses
As a Corporate Technology Solicitor you will be responsible for a varied and diverse caseload to include venture capital and M&A transactions in intellectual property-rich industries including software, financial technology, media, e-commerce and medical devices. Working alongside a well respected and proven team of experts within IT, you will be exposed to an enviable client base and rich work load.
Joining a highly expert team, you will have 3-5 years’ relevant experience within IT and corporate matters. You will be an excellent communicator, with the ability to convey messages coherently to both clients and colleagues. You will also be a good planner, with time management and organisational skills to allow you to work under pressure and meet demanding deadlines. You will be a bright and ambitious corporate technology solicitor, who places a large emphasis on ensuring client care, business development and client communication as a key focus of their work.
