The newly appointed Corporate Solicitor will be working on a busy caseload consisting of the full spectrum of corporate transactions including mergers and acquisitions, share transfers and private equity amongst other matters. As well as your own caseload, you will also work alongside experienced solicitors and partners on larger, more complex corporate deals. You will be encouraged to carry out your own business development work, building and nuturing a strong network of corporate clients in and around the Yorkshire area.



This is an excellent opportunity for corporate solicitors anywhere within their first 3 years following qualification. Newly qualified Solicitors must have spent at least a seat of their training contract within the corporate department and, in all cases, the successful Corporate Solicitor will have trained with a reputable firm and have a 1st class academic background. You will be able to demonstrate commercial acumen and exceptional communication skills, able to build strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
