Our client is offering an excellent opportunity for a newly qualified Corporate Solicitor to join their highly regarded team.  Their corporate team is one of the most ambitious and rapidly growing teams within the region, and this role offers the chance for the successful Solicitor to get a good grounding at the start of their career and learn from the exceptional expertise of the professionals within this team.  They advise an impressive spectrum of clients who come from a range of sectors meaning that the appointed Corporate Solicitor will gain invaluable experience working on a high calibre of matters and have the chance to become involved in major corporate deals taking place in a wide range of industry sectors.



The newly qualified Corporate Solicitor will have excellent academics and will have trained at another highly regarded and recognised law firm.  The Solicitor should have completed at least one seat in corporate law during their training contract and should have knowledge of all areas of corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and management buy outs.  Our client is not expecting the newly qualified Solicitor to know everything there is to know but a passionate for this area and willingness to learn are much needed to be successful in this role.  The Corporate Solicitor should be well organised, work well under pressure and should be able to handle a heavy workload.
