Our client is offering an opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join a progressive team. Their corporate team covers a range of corporate matters and this role offers the chance for the successful Corporate Solicitor to get a good grounding at the start of their career within corporate law. Renowned for the excellent service they provide, you will gain invaluable experience working across a range of corporate transactions to include mergers and acqusitions, management buy-outs, share and asset corporate transactions and shareholder agreements.



Applications are sought from Corporate Solicitors looking for that next step in their career. The successful Corporate Solicitor will have completed a training contract with a firm recognised for their corporate offerings. The Solicitor should have completed at least one seat in corporate law during their training contract and should have knowledge of all areas of corporate law including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures and management buy outs.  Our client is not expecting the newly qualified Solicitor to know everything there is to know but a passion for this area and willingness to learn are much needed to be successful in this role.  The Corporate Solicitor should be well organised, work well under pressure and should be able to handle a heavy workload. More experienced Corporate Solicitors will be considered for this role.
