JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 0 – 4 years’
As a result of continual expansion, this dynamic national firm are seeking a Corporate Solicitor to join their friendly and supportive Oxfordshire team. Working alongside the talented corporate solicitors, you will be assisting and running your own caseload of corporate matters, to include M & As, share acquisitions/sales, partnership and LLP agreements, MBOs/MBIs, asset acquisitions/sales; articles of association and shareholders agreements. Due to the strong internal connections between the firm’s offices, this regional role is exposed to many city matters derived from their London office.
The appointed individual will have gained between 0 - 4 years’ experience in corporate law, gained from a reputable City or Regional firm. You will have gained a good knowledge and exposure to corporate law, through either a training seat or through your current role. The successful Corporate Solicitor will be an active team player; boasting excellent interpersonal skills and able to work collaboratively across projects. You will have a strong attention to detail and will be an excellent time manager, able to work effectively towards set deadlines.
