JOB TITLE:                    Corporate Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:         7+ years’ PQE

THE ROLE:

Within this role you will be acting on behalf of both a national and international client base, carrying out work to include, but not limited to capital markets, mergers & acquisitions and corporate structuring / reorganisation. You will be capitalising on the firms vast network of professional contacts to ensure that clients constantly have access to the appropriate expertise and advice to add value to a transaction.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The newly appointed Corporate Solicitor will have a minimum of 7 years’ post qualification experience and will be extremely well versed in all corporate matters. You will be responsible, with the ability to delegate tasks and be an effective member of a team. You will also have excellent communication capabilities, being able to efficiently communicate with both colleagues and clients regarding a wide range of corporate matters. In addition, you will be personable, with the ability to conduct business development and maintain a profitable relationship with all clients.
