Joining an extremely well established corporate team, you can expect to work on a broad range of high quality corporate matters including mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and equity capital markets transactions. Working alongside a number of corporate solicitors and partners, you can expect to conduct business development and communicate with a variety of people of varying levels.



The successful individual will be a newly qualified, to junior, corporate solicitor with prior experience handling corporate matters. You will have an excellent commercial acumen, with the ability to implement your knowledge to a wide range of diverse cases. Additionally, you will have excellent communication skills, being able to efficiently and effectively converse to both colleagues and clients. Time management, organisation and planning skills are also essential within this role, in order to manage a demanding caseload and meet challenging deadlines.
