JOB TITLE: Corporate Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: At least 3 years PQE
SALARY: Competitive, commensurate on experience
As a corporate solicitor you will be working on a busy caseload consisting of the full spectrum of corporate law work. You can expect to be working on capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, share transfers and private equity amongst other matters. There will also be the opportunity for more senior candidates to manage their own deal teams whilst less experienced ones can expect to be working alongside partners on larger, and more complex deals.
This is an excellent opportunity for corporate solicitors with at least 3 years PQE. Candidates will have gained their experience in another top 100 law firm and have a proven track record in handling corporate transactions. You will be able to work with minimal partner supervision and show a demonstrable flair for negotiation and commercial awareness; able to build strong working relationships with both clients and colleagues.
