THE ROLE:

This is an exceptional opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to join an international law firm and assist a growing corporate team on a wide and diverse caseload. The appointed Corporate Solicitor will support the partners within the team on a variety of deals.  This successful corporate team advises on a full range of corporate matters and have established an exemplary reputation within the market for understanding the business needs of their clients and providing clear and technically accurate advice. This is a truly outstanding opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to work with some of the most knowledgeable and well thought of Corporate Partners, Associates and Solicitors within the market.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal Corporate Solicitor should have excellent academics and proven experience gained at another recognised corporate practice.  The Solicitor should be used to a heavy workload and ready to hit the ground running, as it is likely they will be assigned a caseload from the outset.  Candidates should have experience in dealing with clients face to face and should have the proven ability to communicate effectively and build strong relationships with clients. Strong business development skills are advantageous.
