PQE REQUIRED: 2+ years
LOCATION: Cumbria (Commutable from: Carlisle, Hexham, Kendal, Keswick, Lake District, Penrith, Workington)

As part of a larger corporate commercial team, the Corporate Solicitor will work on a wide range of corporate transactions and company matters including acquisitions and disposals, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, company formations and start-ups etc. The Corporate Solicitor will play a key role in the growth and development of the office, getting involved in business development on behalf of the team and firm.
Applications are invited from qualified Corporate Solicitors with experience in good quality Corporate law. Ideally you will have links to region, but relocaters seeking a work/life balance and the opportunity to live on the edge of a National Park whilst maintaining a high quality caseload are welcome. More experienced Solicitors seeking a senior role are also of interest, ideally bringing contacts and client following with them, although this is not essential.
