PQE REQUIRED:       3 years+ PQE

THE ROLE:

Due to the continued expansion within the corporation department, an opportunity has arisen for an ambitious and skilled Corporate Solicitor to handle a varied caseload of corporate transactions. The team acts on behalf of a diverse catalogue of clients including multi national corporations, listed companies, entrepreneurs and start ups.  This is an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor to bring their experience and expertise to this team and really make their mark. It is envisaged that the appointed Corporate Solicitor will be on hand to help junior members of the team and assist other departments with queries relating to corporate law, as and when it is needed.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The suitable Corporate Solicitor will have at least six years of post qualification experience gained in a similar environment. The Solicitor will have a proven track record of dealing with mergers & acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and also management buy-outs. The Corporate Solicitor will also be responsible for drafting and revising complex agreements so it is imperative that candidates have exceptional technical skills and the ability to analyse information efficiently. In addition, it is expected that the appointed Corporate Solicitor can demonstrate excellent business development and networking skills.
