THE CORPORATE SOLICITOR:
As a senior Corporate Solicitor you will have a broad range of practical expertise in all types of corporate transactions, including mergers, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, public market work and general corporate matters. Your corporate finance law work will be based on a considerable depth of knowledge and experience of all aspects of both debt and equity funding. A true professional, driven and dedicated to this area of law, you will relish the opportunity this role affords.
