Due to the success of their corporate department, our client is looking to appoint a Corporate Solicitor to expand the offerings of their team. The appointed Corporate Solicitor will join a team of highly regarded professionals and will assist on a varied and interesting caseload of corporate matters including, but not limited to, mergers and acquisitions, disposals, private equity transactions, capital markets, transaction due diligence, joint ventures, shareholder arrangements, reorganisations and demergers, corporate structures and governance. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a Corporate Solicitor in the relatively early stages of their career to gain top quality experience and expand their knowledge, making them an expert in corporate law.
Our client is looking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor with up to four years of experience gained working for another top tier firm. Ideally, the Corporate Solicitor will have trained or gained some of their post qualification experience at a leading city or regional practice. Our client is seeking an ambitious, proactive Corporate Solicitor who has a strong work ethic with a desire to be a strong team player. In addition, the Corporate Solicitor should demonstrate a good commercial acumen and the ability to successfully undertake business development.
