This Top 50 firm is currently looking to engage a commercially focussed Corporate PSL Lawyer to join them, this is a new and exciting position offering the opportunity to create and manage the resources and products required by a team of corporate finance lawyers.  You will be working with a busy team as they handle high value mergers and acquisitions, acting for national and international clients.  As the appointed Corporate PSL Lawyer you will maintain and develop the firm's bank of precedents, you will also be instrumental in knowledge management and sharing know-how.  You will also be involved in some training to ensure all members of staff are up to date with the latest legislation and any changes which will effect the way the team work.



This firm is keen to recruit an experienced Corporate PSL Lawyer with a minimum of 8 years PQE, with experience gained in corporate finance role in a large City firm.  Prior experience of both equity capital markets and public takeover practice is essential, as is a some background in knowledge management.  A passion for corporate law and client service is a prerequisite along with a proven ability to communicate your knowledge effectively to Solicitors and Fee Earners of all levels.
