JOB TITLE: Corporate Paralegal
PQE REQUIRED: 12 months +
This is a leading national firm are continually expanding and as such are looking to appoint a talented Corporate Paralegal who can maintain the excellent standard of service delivered to their large client base. The appointed Paralegal will work alongside the existing team, assisting the members and other groups where necessary on transactional corporate matters.
This role requires an dedicated Paralegal, who has gained with a minimum of 12 months experience in the role. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
- Experience in corporate matters
- Experience in drafting
- Outstanding organisational ability
- A proactive nature
- A calm and confident disposition, able to work under pressure effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A strong team player attitude
- The ability to work autonomously where necessary and have trust in one’s own judgements
- A keen eye for detail
