JOB TITLE: Corporate Crime & Regulatory Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2-5 years

This leading practice is currently seeking to recruit a lawyer with 2-5 years' post-qualification experience to join their corporate crime & regulation department, working on matters including corporate manslaughter, gross negligence manslaughter, health and safety, environmental protection, fire safety, other regulatory offences, financial crime and cyber-crime. This role will predominately be dealing with corporate manslaughter, health and safety and environmental protection matters.
The successful candidate will have an excellent academic background and an analytical mind along with in-depth understanding of criminal/regulatory investigations and prosecutions e.g. by the police, the HSE, the EA, local authorities, fire brigades, the SFO and the FCA. As this role is predominately dealing with corporate manslaughter, health and safety and environmental protection matters, our client is wanting to see that candidates have a real passion for the health and safety side of things.
