JOB TITLE:                  Corporate Commercial Solicitor        

PQE REQUIRED:         3-6 years’ PQE 

LOCATION:                  London   

SALARY:                      Highly competitive     

 

THE ROLE:

Working for new and existing clients, you will be responsible for providing a corporate service, in line with the firms’ plans for expansion. In addition to corporate work, there will be the opportunity to work on commercial and IT cases. You can expect to work on; M&A, corporate finance and advisory, private equity, joint ventures, lending and insolvency/reconstruction procedures.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

As the newly appointed Corporate Commercial Solicitor, you will add strength and depth to the team by providing extensive legal knowledge and a determination to provide a top quality legal service. You will also have experience in dealing with complex transactions and experience with larger clients. You will also have good communication skills and will be keen to undertake business development tasks on behalf of the company.
