JOB TITLE:                  Conveyancing Team Leader       

PQE REQUIRED:         10+ years PQE

Joining a successful firm, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the core business aspects of the Residential Property work being carried out. You role will involve a variety of tasks to include; supervise the lawyers within your team both in a structured and ad hoc manner, conduct appraisals, arrange and conduct team meetings with the support of senior colleagues, deal with administrative issues for your team, drafting and executing a team business plan and carry out a smaller client caseload to assist your team.



The successful individual will be a qualified Solicitor, CILEX or Licenced Conveyancer, with a minimum of 10 years’ post qualification experience. You will have a proven ability to operate effectively and successfully in a position of responsibility and will be a leader. You will have no problem delegating tasks and will be able to communicate effectively between colleagues and clients. You will be organised, planned and time-efficient in order to successfully manage a team and hit targets under demanding deadlines.
