JOB TITLE:                    Conveyancing Lawyer

PQE REQUIRED:         3+ PQE

LOCATION:                  Chesterfield, Derbyshire

SALARY:                       £Competitive

 

THE ROLE:

Established Derbyshire firm are currently seeking a Conveyancing Lawyer to join their busy Conveyancing team and pick up a caseload of existing Conveyancing files.  The successful Conveyancing Lawyer will have a minimum of 3 years experience handling their own caseload within Private Practice.  The Conveyancing Lawyer will manage a mixed caseload of matters including but not limited to; sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold, right to buy and re-mortgages whilst utilising case management software.

 

THE CONVEYANCING LAWYER:

The successful Conveyancing Lawyer should have a minimum of 3+ PQE dealing with their own Conveyancing caseload within a well regarded law firm.  You should be a team player and ambitious and client-focused.  The Conveyancing Lawyer should have excellent organisational skills and a good academic background.
