Conveyancing Assistant, Suffolk – An exciting opportunity for an ambitious and motivated Conveyancing Assistant with 2 years experience.
A new role has become available for a friendly Suffolk firm. With their conveyancing department becoming increasingly busy the firm is looking to recruit a motivated and ambitious Conveyancing Assistant. Working closely with a team of experienced fee earners opening and closing files, requesting searches, filing SDLT and Land Registry forms and preparing documents. You will also liaise with clients, keeping them up to date with the progress of their transactions and ensuring all documentation is complete.
Applications are welcomed from Conveyancing Assistants with 2 years experience of supporting conveyancing fee earners. Prior experience of independently completing searches and filing documents is essential. In addition to your experience the firm is looking for a hard working Conveyancing Assistant with a can-do attitude and a professional approach to client interaction.
