Conveyancer/Residential Property Solicitor, 2+, West Midlands - As the successful conveyancer you will have several years’ experience of working within a plot sales team, or be familiar with new-build transactions having worked in a conveyancing environment and be accustomed to dealing directly with clients. OVERVIEW:

This is a progressive and dynamic Top 50 law firm acting for some of the largest residential builders in the UK. With bucket loads of entrepreneurial spirit the team have sustained rapid growth over the last decade. The ever busy residential property department are seeking to recruit an experienced plot conveyancer to bolster the ranks. The role will include plot sales for one or more national housebuilders from reservation to completion, sending out standard plot sale paperwork from a case management system, dealing with pre contract enquiries, exchanging contracts and handling completions. You will have your own caseload, be able to work with minimal supervision, manage your own time and be adept at developing and maintaining client relationships.

CONVEYANCER/RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR:

Two years solid residential experience will be required. Technical capability will be strong, supported with excellent commercial acumen, good communication skills, ability and willingness to learn, ability to prioritise, good IT skills and discretion and professionalism. Personality fit is going to be absolutely critical for this role and the successful conveyancer will be a very personable, a bright and confident individual who has excellent client management skills.
