JOB TITLE:                   Legal Contracts Manager

LOCATION:                  Liverpool

SALARY:                      Competitive, commensurate on experience

THE ROLE:

As a legal contracts manager you will be reporting directly to the law firm’s head of compliance and will be responsible for managing the commercial contracts with suppliers and external experts. You will need to establish and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers and will be responsible for drafting and issuing performance reports and contract reviews when required. It is expected that you will keep abreast of relevant laws and regulations and ensure that all the firm’s third party contracts are compliant with these.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

We are looking to speak to legal contracts managers with strong previous experience in handling supplier contracts. The successful candidate will be technical astute with a demonstrable sense of commercial acumen. An ability to build fruitful working relationships with both external parties and colleagues from various departments is an absolute must, as is a proven ability to work as a strong team player.
