JOB TITLE:                    Contentious Wills, Trusts and Probate Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:         3+ years’ PQE

LOCATION:                  West Sussex

SALARY:                        Competitive

 

THE ROLE:

Joining an extremely successful dispute resolution team, you can expect to work on a wide variety of contentious matters including; claims for provision under the Inheritance Act, challenges to will validity; both Defendant and Claimant, and removal of trustees and executors. Your work will be predominantly generated by the firms extremely well established and successful private client team.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The perfect candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ post qualification experience and will have extensive experience in dealing with contentious matters surrounding issues of trusts, claims under the Inheritance Act and matters regarding trustees and executors. You will be confident in your ability to manage your own caseload and will have excellent communication abilities.

This firm has a number of extremely well regarded teams and as a result is able to generate a reliable income stream from referrals and a consistent client base.

 

PACKAGE:

On offer is a competitive remuneration package. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide ranging and diverse caseload with the support of two highly successful teams; dispute resolution and private client.
