JOB TITLE: Contentious Probate Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 6+ years’ PQE
SALARY: Highly Competitive
Joining a highly experienced team, you will be responsible for; bringing and defending applications under various acts of the law, application for goods to be delivered by executors, instruction on evaluation of assets, applications to determine the value of assets in court, bringing and defending claims on behalf of the estate, as well as other responsibilities. Within this role you will have a diverse and vast client base, acting on behalf of estates, beneficiaries and executors in both their defence and bringing a claim on their behalf.
The successful individual will have a minimum of 6 years’ post qualification experience and will have a demonstrable record of being able to generate and retain their own casework and clients. Having an extensive network of contacts, including charities, is beneficial and will vastly improve your chances of success within this role. You will be driven, place a big emphasis on client care and will enjoy business development. Additionally, organisation, planning and time management skills are key for this opportunity.
