JOB TITLE: Contentious Private Client Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 6+
SALARY: Competitive, commensurate on experience
As a contentious private client solicitor you will have full autonomy over your own caseload, covering all contentious private client matters. You will be working on trust, inheritance (including Inheritance Act matters) and administration disputes, propriety estoppel, will challenges and removal of executors. You can also expect to be working on some property issues such as beneficial interest claims. You will be expected to manage and supervise junior colleges when required and to carry out business development work for the contentious private client teams.
We are looking for an experienced contentious private client solicitor with at least six years PQE and a successful track record in managing their own caseload of contentious private client matters. Candidates must have the intuition to run their own files with minimal supervision from partners and have the client communication and sympathetic abilities that private client work calls for.
