THE ROLE:

 

Our client is looking for a Construction Solicitor to join their market-leading team, to assist in advising clients on a range of construction matters,predominantly contentious issues.  The team works on behalf of a variety of both public sector and private sector clients, and they currently provide advice to clients operating in sectors including health, energy and waste management.

                        

THE CANDIDATE:

 

Applications are sought from ambitious Construction Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years experience.  It is essential that applicants have experience of working in a similar environment and are confident in their ability to provide technically sound and commercially strong advice to clients.  The role will include a significant amount of client contact and the Construction Solicitor should be able to liaise with clients effectively and form strong relationships.  Additionally, they should have experience of a heavy and complex workload and, therefore, be confident in their ability to manage their own time efficiently.  The ideal Solicitor will possess excellent drafting and legal analysis skills and an interest in networking and business development would be advantageous.
