JOB TITLE:                   Construction Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:         3+ years

SALARY:                      Competitive, commensurate on experience


As a construction solicitor you will have full autonomy over your own caseload of contentious and non-contentious construction cases. Your client base will consist of tenants, purchasers, developers, funders, contractors, subcontractors and consultants. You can expect to be working on consultant appointments, contracts drafting, joint ventures, renewable energy contracts and conservation projects. On the contentious side of things you will be dealing with litigation, alternative dispute resolution and mediation. There is the scope for the appointed construction solicitor to progress to a head of department role after a short while.



We are looking to speak to talented and ambitious construction solicitors with at least 3 years PQE. We expect candidates to have excellent technical abilities with a demonstrable sense of commercial awareness and a flair for negotiation. The successful construction solicitor will be a strong team player with a clear ambition to contribute to the construction department’s ongoing success.
