JOB TITLE:                   Construction Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:         3+ years

LOCATION:                  Yorkshire (various locations available)

SALARY:                      Competitive, commensurate on experience

THE ROLE:

As the appointed Construction solicitor you will be joining a leading L500 firm with a stellar client base of property purchasers and tenants, developers, funders, contractors, subcontractors and consultants. This is a unique opportunity for you to build your own client base utilising the existing caseload and leveraging off your own contacts and network. This is a career making move that has the full backing of the firm and the partners and you will be afford every resource and support to ensure that this is a highly successful appointment. The work will involve a mix of contentious and non-contentious construction work including consultant appointments, contract drafting, renewable energy and conservation projects, partnering and joint ventures, litigation and commercial mediation. Genuine partnership level appointment is being offered for the right candidate.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

Our client is seeking an ambitious, enthusiastic and technically strong construction solicitor with at least three years PQE and a strong track record in construction law. You will have a clear sense of commercial acumen and awareness, be a strong team player with a clear desire and aptitude for leadership.
