THE ROLE

Highly recommended in the legal directories for the services they provide, this practice is keen to appoint a well versed Construction Solicitor to deal with a varied caseload within a successful team. Working alongside the Head of Construction, the role will involve both contentious and non-contentious work, including giving advice on procurement, construction contracts, commercial agreements and dispute resolution.

 

THE CANDIDATE

The firm is looking for a determined, high-calibre Construction Solicitor, with a solid grounding in all areas of construction law. The ideal candidate will have gained experience within a well reputed firm, be an excellent communicator, and be able to work in a challenging environment in which people strive for success. Ideal Construction Solicitors will have experience of both contentious and non-contentious matters and possess at least 5 years PQE.
