JOB TITLE: Construction Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2+ year
SALARY: Competitive, commensurate on experience
As a construction solicitor you will be managing your own busy caseload, involving a blend of both contentious and non-contentious construction work. You will be working on behalf of a varied client base, consisting of property purchasers and tenants, funders, developers, consultants, contractors and subcontractors. Work will entail the full spectrum of construction law matters including contract drafting, consultant appointments, partnering and joint ventures, conservation and renewable energy projects, litigation, mediation and alternative dispute resolution.
We are looking for talented and able construction solicitors with at least 2 years PQE and with strong previous experience in construction law. Candidates must be technically strong with a demonstrable aptitude for negotiation and a clear sense of commercial awareness and acumen. The successful construction solicitor will possess excellent communication abilities and will be a strong team player with the a genuine desire to contribute to the construction team’s ongoing success.
