JOB TITLE:                  Non-Contentious Construction Solicitor   

PQE REQUIRED:         NQ – 2 years’ PQE

Joining an industry leading team within a top 100 firm, you will be responsible for a wide range of work to include; advising on methods of procurement, standard form building contracts, consultant appointments and collateral warranties. Acting on behalf of an enviable client base, your work will be on behalf of a varied array of clients such as large property portfolio-holders, institutional investors, shopping centres and local authorities. The team also regularly deal with large one-off construction projects including new build hotels, leisure centres and school refurbishment projects.



The successful individual will ideally have prior experience in non-contentious construction matters. Alternatively, this role will suit an individual with a background in commercial contracts. You will have strong client management and care skills and will have the capability to manage a diverse and demanding caseload. You will be able to work both independently and as part of a team in order to effectively complete tasks to the required standards, under deadlines.
