PQE REQUIRED:         2-8 years PQE

The appointed Construction Solicitor will work directly with other members of the team and will handle a workload of predominantly non-contentious work including, but not limited to, contract drafting, adjudications and project management. In addition, the successful Construction Solicitor will work alongside out client’s real estate team and will provide construction law advice to clients including developers, funders and corporate occupiers. Exceptional opportunity for a knowledgeable Construction Solicitor to work aside other talented professionals and gain experience working on major UK and international projects.



Our client will consider applications from Construction Solicitors with between two and eight years of experience. This does not preclude Solicitors with more or less experience provided they can demonstrate the knowledge and ability to make a success of this role. Experience of advising on non contentious construction is essential as is prior experience of handling a busy and varied caseload.
