JOB TITLE: Construction Solicitor - Bristol
PQE REQUIRED: 2 years+
LOCATION: Bristol (Commutable from: Bath, Bridgwater, Chippenham, Stroud, Swindon & Weston-super-Mare)
The sucessful Construction Solicitor will be working with colleagues to help clients succeed in realising their business or personal objectives, through the efficient delivery of appropriate legal advice and assistance. The appointed Construction Solicitor will also be advising upon building contracts, professional appointments, collateral warranties, performance bonds,parent company guarantees, insurance, development agreements and issues related to the construction and development process. This role of Construction Solicitor will also involve advising upon contentious issues and the management and conduct of adjudications and litigation.
The successful Construction Solicitor will possess a minimum of 2 years' experience in dealing with both non-contentious and contentious construction matters and ideally will have a proven track record of working on high value litigation matters and on behalf of contractors, developers, employers, consultants and funders.
