Our client is looking for an NQ Solicitor who has undertaken at least one seat in construction (this will ideally have been in non-contentious construction work although our client can be flexible on this). Our client will also consider qualified Solicitors with up to one year of post qualification experience who have, since qualification, been working in a non-contentious construction department, ideally at one of the leading city or national firms. An excellent commercial acumen and strong knowledge of the market are required to make this role a success, as are good drafting skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing .



The appointed Construction Solicitor will join a top 20 law firm with a strong presence both nationally and internationally. The successful Construction Solicitor will have the opportunity to work alongside a number of professionals, all of whom provide an excellent, comprehensive and value-for-money service.  The junior Construction Solicitor will have the opportunity to increase their knowledge and expertise working on major national and international construction projects on behalf of an impressive client base including major developers, utility and transport companies, educational institutions and national housebuilders.
