They have an international presence and handle top quality work across the UK and internationally. This role will predominantly focus on non-contentious, construction work. The appointed Construction Solicitor will handle their own caseload which will include drafting, handling adjudications, undertaking document management and project management. There may be a small section of contentious work involved in the role. The appointed Construction Solicitor will join a collaborative team who work primarily on behalf of energy, infrastructure and transport sectors and will have the opportunity to become involved in an interesting and diverse range of projects.
The successful Construction Solicitor will have extensive experience of advising on non-contentious construction matters and ideally, will have gained their experience at a city or leading regional practice. Our client values it as extremely important that the appointed Construction Solicitor will be a team players and will have the ability to build a strong report with existing client as well as bringing new client to the firm, through business development and marketing. Exceptional drafting skills and a keen eye for detail are also imperative.
