JOB TITLE: Construction PSL
SALARY: Dependant on experience
A challenging opportunity has arisen for a Construction PSL to provide the necessary support to fee earners on a range of contentious and non contentious matters. Your duties will include leading training sessions, preparing training sessions, updating precedents, reviewing and adding to the know-how database, undertaking research and promote relevant on-line resources. Additional responsibilities will also include ensuring articles and publications are written as well as draft bespoke contracts/sub-contractors.
Suitable Construction Professional Support Lawyers will have a minimum of 5 years experience in dealing with both contentious and non contentious construction matters. The successful Construction PSL will be able to draft and negotiate amendments to standard form contracts including NEC, JCT, ICE, FIDIC and also boost experience in general commercial litigation matters. Ideal Lawyers will be self-motivated, forward thinking and committed to providing professional support to fee earners.
