This is a fairly unique opportunity as you will be going into the firm as Partner and will be required to develop the team and practice area from a standing start.  During the interview process you will be required to write a business plan and this will provide the foundation for the initial growth of the team. You will already be advising on all aspects of construction including construction contracts, domestic building projects including NEC and JCT contracts and procurement. You will be keen to network in the West Midlands market and will be determined to build and develop a successful practice.
