JOB TITLE:                  Construction Litigation Solicitor

PQE REQUIRED:         2-4 years

This leading real estate team is expanding and looking to recruit an ambitious and driven Construction Litigation Solicitor. The role is contentious and will mainly consist of dealing with all major forms of building contracts, disputes under professional appointments, warranty based claims, insolvency and payment disputes as well as construction related professional negligence, along with construction adjudication.



The successful Construction Solicitor will possess 2 to 4 years' PQE and will be able to demonstrate some solid experience within contentious construction. You will be keen to get involved in business development and marketing and will have close client contact, dealing with clients including major property investment companies, local authorities, developers, retailers and high net-worth individuals.
