With a continued number of new instructions, this reputable regional law firm is keen to appoint an additional Corporate Commercial Solicitor to deal with a full and varied caseload of corporate / commercial matters. The company team covers the full remit of company commercial law and they are looking for Company Commercial Solicitors who are able to advise on commercial agreements, acquisitions and disposals, joint ventures, corporate governance and other transactional commercial and corporate matters. As the successful Corporate Commercial Solicitor you will be responsible for your own fee earning caseload and also be expected to supervise junior fee earners as well as play a key role in developing the profile of the firm and department as a whole.



Suitable Company Commercial Solicitors will have a minimum of 5 years experience in dealing with all types of corporate commercial matters. Ideal Company Commercial Solicitors will have sound technical expertise in joint ventures, commercial agreements, acquisitions and disposals and reorganisations. You will have an excellent track record to date and be well placed to come in and hit the ground running with your own caseload of files. The appointed Company Commercial Solicitor will be self-motivated and be committed to providing timely solutions to a varied client base. This position would suit Company Commercial Lawyers who are local to the area or are looking to return to the Cambridgeshire area.
