JOB TITLE: Company Commercial Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 1-5 years PQE
The appointed Company Commercial Solicitor will join a team of experienced Solicitors and will assist the senior members of the team with their busy caseloads. In addition, the successful Company Commercial Solicitor will take on their own caseload of company commercial matters including, but not limited to, M&A transactions, incorporations, shareholders agreements, general commercial work such as terms and conditions and corporate support work.
Our client is keen to receive applications from a junior Company Commercial Solicitor with up to five years of experience. The Company Commercial Solicitor should have a solid understanding of this area of work and had some experience of handling their own cases. Our client requires a Company Commercial Solicitor who can demonstrate excellent drafting skills, a solid commercial acumen and a tenacious approach to their work.
