JOB TITLE: Commercial/Residential Conveyancer
PQE REQUIRED: 3+
This small, boutique City law firm work on a variety of both commercial and private client matters. Working exclusively on privately funded matters, this firm provide an excellent quality of work with solicitors who work hard to provide cost-effective and practical solutions for their clients. Due to expansion, this firm is now looking to appoint a talented Commercial Property/Residential Conveyancer who can work autonomously on their own caseload of matters to include:
- Landlord and tenant matters – contentious and non-contentious
- Estate management, lease renewals, purchases and sales
- Sale and leaseback
- Collateral warranties
- Remortgages, transfers of equity, sales and purchases and new builds
The successful candidate will be a hardworking and highly self-motivated property lawyer, with experience in both commercial and residential property matters. This role requires a Solicitor with a demonstrable history of effective business development for a previous firm, and a client following that can create new work for this firm. You will be an energetic and innovative individual, who enjoys the networking and client-care side of matters and is willing to go the extra mile.
