The Role

This leading, Legal 500 firm is looking to bolster their company commercial team with an additional hire. The position would suit a Solicitor/Associate looking for a new challenge with unrivalled career development opportunity. You can expect to work on a mix of commercial contracts, non-contentious IP/IT with effective cross team interactions. The Corporate Commercial team works closely with the firm’s other commercial and real estate teams acting for clients ranging from start-up companies to large institutions, including UK and overseas private and public companies. Its work ranges from modest to large, complex transactions. They require an individual who is not only looking to handle existing work but is able to develop the caseload further and exploit all cross-selling opportunities within the firm.

 

The Candidate

The successful candidate should have at least 3+ years’ experience, in a City, West End or significant regional practice and be looking for a new challenge to embed your career at a senior level.  The firm is happy to consider candidates with a broad skill-set in commercial work however you must consistently demonstrate an high levels of enthusiasm to progress your career to the next level. A strong interested to convert business development activity in to new instructions, you will be client driven and motivated  to fulfill an ambitious long-term career path.
