JOB TITLE: Commercial Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 1-4 years’ PQE
LOCATION: West Sussex

Joining an elite team of commercial experts, you will have the opportunity to work on a diverse and stimulating caseload, with a particular emphasis on tech. Acting on behalf of clients, the role will involve drafting and negotiating IT contracts, cloud services, software licensing, OEM and channel partner agreements. In addition, advisory work is to be expected, involving compliance matters such as data protection, information security and open source compliance.
As the newly appointed Commercial Solicitor, you will have a minimum of 1 years relevant post qualification experience with a familiarity of commercial aspects of the technology sector. You will be eager to carry out business development, to create and maintain profitable relationships with clients. Also, in line with the views of the firm, client care will be of the upmost importance to you when carrying out your role. Good communication skills, team work capability and an IT proficiency are also key to success within this role.
