JOB TITLE: Commercial Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 2 years +
The purpose of your role will be to provide commercial law advice to health and social care providers within the public and private sectors, including procurement matters, various contracts and SLAs, as well as some govenernance and constitutional issues. You will be expected to contribute to the team’s marketing activities, through developing new products and undertaking business development work.
The ideal candidate will have at up to around 5 years PQE, with demonstrable experience in commercial contracts work. An appreciation of handling this type of work in the healthcare sector would be a distinct advantage and it is essential that you are technically strong, with well honed communication skills and a proactive a team player.
