JOB TITLE:      Commercial Property Solicitor

PQE:                   1+ Years’ PQE

LOCATION:    Wiltshire (Commutable from: Devizes, Chippenham, Swindon, Frome, Warminster & Bath)

SALARY:         £Dependant on experience

THE ROLE:

The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be required to undertake a broad range of fee earning work for commercial and private clients of this progressive and dynamic practice, to include working for a broad spectrum of commercial clients including large regional businesses, some national clients and local clients.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will possess a minimum of 12 months' PQE with broad commercial property experience to include Landlord and Tenant, acquisitions and disposals and development work.  They will have the ability to manage their own workload effectively in a high pressurised environment with strong organisational and communication skills and able to demonstrate commitment to high quality and customer service focus. Attributes required for the ideal Commercial Property Solicitor are motivation, determination and professionalism. The appointed Commercial Property Solicitor should possess excellent inter personal skills with an ability to hit the ground running.
