LOCATION:               West Sussex (Commutable from Bognor Regis, Southampton and Brighton)                 

SALARY:                     £Competitive                      

THE ROLE:

Due to recent expansion, this mid-sized regional firm are looking to recruit into their Commercial Property team. The appointed individual will work on a busy caseload of acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold commercial properties, lease work, property development projects, property management and investment. The role will involve ensuring the a high level of client service is maintained, and that practical cost-effective solutions are provided and met.

 

THE CANDIDATE:

The ideal candidate will have gained a minimum of 3 years’ PQE and will have a strong working knowledge of commercial property law. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and the desire to deliver a high quality of work for your client base. You will be a team player, eager to be involved in the marketing and business development initiatives of the team, whilst able to work fairly autonomously on your own large caseload.
